The decision to issue or refuse a visa, as well as documents processing, remains with the Consular offices .

The applicants can directly appeal to the Consular office of  the Russian Embassy  for a visa. This possibility is implemented through an electronic appointment system on the website of the Consular office.

In order to prevent indication of false information while working with the pre-registration system, Consular office accepts documents only of those persons whose personal data was entered into the electronic appointment system during registration of application. In case of discrepancy of the data specified in the system with data of the applicant whose documents are submitted to the Consular office, such documents are not accepted for consideration. Booking of one temporary slot for admission in the system provides the possibility of filing only one set of documents.
