Consul General of the Russian Federation in Shenyang Sergey Chernenko took part in the opening ceremony of the museum in honour of the Chinese internationalist Ren Fuchen

On November 23 this year, as a part of a working trip to Telin, Liaoning province, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Shenyang Sergey Chernenko together with Chairman of the Russian-Chinese Friendship Society of Liaoning province Gao Peng and Deputy head of the Liaoning Foreign Affairs Office Song Qi took part in the opening ceremony of the museum in honour of the Chinese internationalist Ren Fuchen.

Ren Fuchen was the first Chinese member of the VKP (b), who died heroically at Nizhniaya Tura (Sverdlovsk region) during the Civil War of 1917-1922 and was awarded the Order of the Red Banner by decree of the chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR M. Gorbachev on August 29, 1989.
