On seminar on economic and cultural cooperation between Russia and Liaoning province
On November 23, this year, Teling city hosted a seminar on economic and cultural cooperation between Russia and Liaoning province organized by the Teling People's Government, Society for Friendship with Foreign Countries of the Liaoning province, the provincial Office of Foreign Affairs and the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Shenyang.
Consul General Sergey Chernenko, Mayor of Telin city Sui Xianli, Chairman of the Russian-Chinese Friendship Society of Liaoning province Gao Peng, Deputy head of the Liaoning Foreign Affairs Office Song Qi, Head of the Commerce Department of Telin city Wang Lei, Head of the Department for Science and Technology development of Telin city Fu Itai and others made presentations.
